How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@myparmaksiz.com with your order reference and we will forward the request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel renewal at any time from the "Manage subscription" panel inside the app, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
