These Terms govern your use of the Meta 600-101 Community Management practice trainer (the "Service") provided by Myparmaksiz Consultancy ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is an unofficial study aid that offers a timed practice exam and feedback to help users prepare for the Meta 600-101 Community Management certification. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Acceptance and Authority
By using the Service you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- send spam or interfere with the Service or its security;
- upload malware, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank, explanations, or other content;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of Myparmaksiz Consultancy or any third party.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, question wording, explanations and study materials are owned by Myparmaksiz Consultancy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own study within an active subscription. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.
5. Service Level
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, taxes, billing frequency, automatic renewals, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions to the Service auto-renew monthly until canceled. See our Refund Policy.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or commit repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where excluded by law.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Myparmaksiz Consultancy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Myparmaksiz Consultancy is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
